How To: Connect the Plaid Integration

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough on how to connect the Plaid integration to your account.

1. Install the Plaid Integration

First, navigate to the Integrations page in your settings. Find the Plaid integration and click Install, then confirm by clicking Install Application in the modal.

2. Begin Connecting Your Bank Account

Once installed, click Add Institution to open the Plaid connection window.

3. Select Your Financial Institution

In the Plaid window, choose your bank (e.g., Chase) and click Continue to login to proceed.

4. Sign In and Select Accounts

Enter your banking credentials to sign in, then select the account(s) you wish to connect and click Continue.

5. Authorize the Connection

Review the terms and conditions, accept them, and click Connect account information to authorize the link.

6. Finish and Verify

Click Finish without saving to complete the process. Your Plaid integration is now connected and will appear in your settings.
